Super easy and a great alternative to real cream! Whipped coconut cream is great on any dessert, but still be mindful that it’s still cream, so not fat free. It also has some protein, so if you are eating a no protein diet, check the protein content!
400 ml (1 tin) organic coconut cream
2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
Place cream in fridge overnight to thicken. Whip coconut cream with rice malt syrup for desired consistency.
